Doris M. Zwick, 86 years old, of Fall Haven Apartments, Seneca Falls, NY passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 22nd at Geneva General Hospital surrounded by her family.
Doris was born in Seneca Falls on October 2nd, 1937 to the daughter of the late Bernard & Mabel Toombs Scannell. She lived most of her life in Seneca Falls. She worked 10 years at Sylvania and then retired from Goulds Pumps after 28 years of service. She then worked at the Post Lounge as a bartender for 6 years. She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchild, Asher. She enjoyed bowling, boating, playing cards, and dining out with friends. She looked forward to Sunday dinners with her family each week and cheering for the Dallas Cowboys.
She is survived by her daughter Tricia (Timothy) Snyder and son Jeffrey Zwick. Grandchildren Chelsea & Kayla Snyder, Emily & Adam Zwick. Great grandchild, Asher Zwick, many nieces, nephews, and her beloved cat Toodles. She is predeceased by the love of her life John Haust, her parents Bernard & Mabel Scannell, brother Bernard (Pete) Scannell, and niece Joanne Bleistein.
